Day of Hair Color Appointment - What to Expect
What to Wear
Hair coloring, whether using natural hues or fantasy colors, is a messy and often long process! Come to the salon ready to relax, and wearing comfortable clothes. We have all clients receiving a hair service wear our professional-quality capes and robes, which repel water, hair color, and other products used at the salon. While we do everything we can to prevent excess color from getting on clothing or skin, and can help remove rogue color, avoid wearing cherished clothing that can be easily stained.
Re-Dyeing Your Hair
Any existing hair color, especially at home hair color, will affect how your hair lightens and how light the stylist can get your hair. When you are looking to go from one dyed hair color to another, we strongly encourage booking a consultation prior to coloring your hair at the salon. These consultations allow your stylist to understand your current hair, your hair goals, and to book a custom-timed appointment that is suited to your needs. Lengthy Color Appointment
We understand that during long hair appointments, you may get hungry, thirsty, or need to stretch your legs. Do not hesitate to tell your stylist! There are many times during your appointment that you can grab a snack, a drink, or walk around to stretch your legs. They will be able to give you some times during your appointment if you need to order food for delivery.
Day of Perm Appointment - What to Expect
What to Wear
Perm processes always come with a water risk! Come to the salon ready to relax, and wearing comfortable clothes. We have all clients receiving a hair service wear our professional-quality capes and robes, which repel water and other products used at the salon. While we do everything we can to prevent excess perm or water as we rinse from getting on clothing or skin, avoid wearing cherished clothing that can be easily damaged or stained.
Re-Perming Your Hair
Any existing perm processing may affect the outcome of a new perm. If you are a new perm client to us, a consultation is required to book the service. These consultations allow your stylist to understand your current hair, your hair goals, and to book a custom-timed appointment that is suited to your needs. Call the salon, or book a consultation online! If you are an existing perm client, your stylist will set you up with required timing and styling needs at your first appointment. Due to booking constraints, you will need to call the salon to book your new appointment, and you will be set to go!
Lengthy Perm Appointment

Day of Formal Styling Appointment - What to Expect
Hair Outcomes
Please come to your formal styling appointment with clean and dry hair. A clean palette will give you the best and most long-wearing outcome for all curls, straightening, or updos. If you require a wash and blow dry before your formal style, that will require booking as an additional service. Call the salon if you have questions regarding the services you need for your formal style!
What to Wear
The biggest letdown is to get your hair done, only to realize your hair will get messed up by changing your clothes! A wide-necked top, button down shirt, or zip front hoodie is a great idea for a formal styling appointment. The less you have to pull a garment over your hair to get dressed up for your special occasion, the longer your hair will last!
