I’m extremely passionate about short hair, and the wide variety of styles that our clients seek out. I love working with all the latest short hair trends - the funkier and edgier, the better! My work consists of razor cuts for texture and movement, clipper cutting for all types of fades, beard work, and classic pixies. I also work well with children, so don't forget to bring your short-haired kids in to see me for cuts too!
My Story
Katie Clifford has been professionally creating amazing hair since 1993, and has been a proud co-owner of Salon 241 since 2008. Katie has had rigorous training in cutting and coloring in Las Vegas, New York, Florida, Massachusetts, and London.
Over the years, she has become extremely passionate about short hair, and has chosen the path of specializing in working with it. Her commitment to keeping up with the funkiest and edgiest hair trends demonstrates her expertise in the field. Katie is also able to customize color, ensuring maximum depth and movement, to accentuate her cuts.
She’s committed to her clients, and is personable and extremely adaptable. She is aware of and sensitive to the challenges of thinning hair for both men and women, and can provide professional solutions so that you will look and feel your best. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her three children; Jordyn, Maxwell, and Gus. She is also an avid skier, so depending on the season, you just might see her zooming by you on the slopes!
